It's NMWIG's Annual Bicycle Donation!

Donations will be collected until May 28th, 2015

If you have an adult bicycle in your basement or garage that you are no longer using, why not donate to NMWIG? The bicycles will be given to migrant farm workers in the Niagara region at our annual Health Festival. Even if you don't have a bike to donate, you can:

VOLUNTEER - collect old bicycles for us, help us store them or help us transport them.
DONATE MONEY - help us make the Health Festival amazing for our migrant farm workers!

Help Staphel Fight for His Life - GoFundMe

The Niagara Migrant Workers Interest Group (NMWIG) is launching this fundraiser for Staphel Morris, a dedicated seasonal farm worker from Jamaica who is facing a life-altering challenge at just 33 years old. Since 2017, Staphel has been coming to Canada to work tirelessly on farms, providing food for Canadian families while being separated from his own. This year, while working in Niagara, Staphel received devastating news: his health is failing and he needs a liver transplant to survive.

Support migrant farmworkers affected by Hurricane Beryl

MWAC is collecting donations for migrant farmworkers affected by Hurricane Beryl. Making history as the earliest Category 5 Atlantic hurricane on record, Hurricane Beryl left a trail of destruction that devastated migrant farmworker communities in the Caribbean.
